Estonia's capital, with its small but perfectly formed Old Town, is well worth a visit at any time of the year. The food and drink are fabulous here and there is a wide variety of accommodation for any budget. You can even walk into the city from the airport, so it's possible to spend a few days here and spend nothing whatsoever on public transport. More money in your pocket for doing the fun stuff!
